It is clear that no business can produce its goods or deliver its services to clients without the right people. With the Baby Boomers retiring, the economy improving, and the birth rate down dramatically, the employment market has become very competitive. How to attract and recruit the right employees, and a sufficient number of them, is a challenge to business leaders. In this two-hour interactive workshop, you will learn how to design a career product which is attractive to candidates, how to market it to them, and how to select the right individuals.
• Defining the role
• The infamous “fit” parameters
• The employment and talent market
• Career branding and marketing
• Selection and screening the “right” candidates
